  • The USB stick version must be ordered for the first procurement of the software, because there are other comprehensive system descriptions on the USB stick in addition to the software. Shipping via email is for software update purposes only; it should only be chosen after consultation for initial procurement.

Please check your order very carefully. The licence cannot be returned because of the customised configuration of the software.
Keep the USB stick and all licenses in a safe place. For your own security, these should only be made available to authorised persons.
Copying of the software and licences is permitted for the ordered project.
Connection to a hotel administration programme may cause additional costs (interface programming). Please discuss with the software manufacturer and order whether this is required.

Additional information

When ordering the software (SW) module for the first time, you can choose between shipping via USB stick or e-mail. If sent by e-mail you only receive the licence data (licence file and licence key). The software manual and system requirements are provided on the homepage under the software catalogue numbers.
Software extensions (SWX software extension) are principally sent by e-mail. However, if an SWX extension is already included in the initial order, the delivery method of the basic software licence applies.
Since only one licence can be generated for each project, it must be ensured that all modules (SW and SWX) are included in one single order when ordering for the first time.
Even with repeat orders, no new individual licence is generated, but an extended version of the (already existing) one.
Important: The completed Dialock project notification must be sent with the first order. For more information, please contact your responsible Dialock representative.
Order process:
The licence is created after checking the information.
The licence file and the licence key are sent exclusively by e-mail to the responsible Dialock technician for security reasons.
